BACKGROUND

SAR Communications Inc was founded in 1995 by professionals with experience in IT, operations, consulting, & recruitment / staffing. Today, we are a team of over twenty operating out of offices in New Jersey in USA supported by an offshore office in Hyderabad , India to service the recruitment needs of our rich clientele.

OUR PROCESSES

SAR Communications systematic recruitment process facilitates sourcing, validating and evaluating profiles to deliver candidates of the required skills and caliber to its clients.

Candidate evaluation – Resume's are checked to establish the technical skills, experience and personal qualities on paper followed by the validation of the same by the academic background of the candidate, the company they work for, their career record, and their experience profile in terms of roles, responsibilities, skills and accomplishments.

Only candidates who measure up to the standards of our clients are considered for detailed evaluation. Candidates are interviewed by a qualified recruiter to verify if the person can live up to their CVs.
